How ads are paid
Ad spend is separate from your plan. Two ways to pay for it.
Your own Meta ad account
You pay GainAI nothing on ad spend (0% fee). Meta bills your card directly. Ads run from your own Facebook Page. Setup takes a few minutes: connect your Meta Business account, ad account and payment method.
Quick Start (GainAI ad account)
A 10% service fee is added on top of the ad budget. A $100 budget costs $110 in total, and the full $100 goes to ads. Ads start instantly, with no extra setup and no Meta Business account. They run from the GainAI Facebook Page and are paid from a prepaid ad balance.

FAQ
What is an AI credit?
An AI credit pays for GainAI's own work: reading your website, the strategy, ad copy and images. It is separate from the money that runs ads. A new account starts with 5 AI credits, enough for a first analysis.
Can I get a refund or withdraw unused balance?
Payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. On Quick Start, the campaign budget is reserved and charged from your ad balance at launch. After launch that budget is fixed: it cannot be refunded, increased or decreased. Ad balance you have not spent yet stays on your account for a later campaign; it is not paid back. Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal. The current period is not refunded.
